I spend nearly no time in the sun, mainly because i burn super easy (like sunburn within 30 minutes even with sunscreen sensitivity to sunlight) so i rely on these heavily to get an adquate dose of vitamin d.
Im super happy with quality. They’re tiny little capsules that are easy to swallow. Expiration date is usally decently far away.
If you take vitamin d as a supplment i highly recommend taking it daily for the full benefits.
